Policies

VSS Guarantee:

We will adjust any service, or exchange any product… your satisfaction is our commitment.

If for any reason that you are not satisfied with your services, simply contact our guest services, and we can schedule a consultation visit to complete your satisfaction. We ask you to call us within 2 days for hair services. Exchange for products that are the wrong recommendation for your hair, can be exchanged within 30 days. All sales are final on heat tools, or used product 30 days of purchase.


Guest reschedule or cancelation:

Please consider our request of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon services.  After rescheduling or canceling 1 time within 24 hours, we may ask you for a credit/debit card for our file.  Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a 100% of service fee. No shows will be charged a 100% of service fee.


Reservations:

We recommend that you pre-book future visits, so your stylist will be available for the time that you need. We ask that you give us proper notification of a cancellation within 24 hours of the service.  If you do not show up for you’re appointment, or call right before your visit, you be asked for a credit card number to secure our time with you. We will send e-mail reminders or phone call reminders, 2 days prior to visit. Please let us know your request of a phone call or email.


Returns:

If you have purchased a product, and decided it was not what you need for your hair, please bring it back to our salon within our 30 day guarantee for any exchange of product(s) in salon.


Late arrivals:

You may not receive your full service booking when arriving late. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals, depending on service time and arrival time. We ask if you are going to be late, please call our salon so we will reschedule your reservation or we will let you know how your service will work when fit into our schedule upon late arrival.


Cell phones:

Please refrain from using cell phone during consultations and at the shampoo bowl out of consideration of our guests, and proper service care.


Gift cards:

Gift cards may be purchased on our website, or at our checkout desk. Our gift cards are redeemable for service or retail products only. Ask about or specials.


Children:

Children are welcome to have a service at Veronica Stone Salon. We respect our guests, and sincerely request that you refrain from bringing your unattended children to your visit. It is an unsafe environment for children, and we hold no responsibility for daycare in the salon.


Payment:

We except debit/credit card by American express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Veronica Stone Salon does not except personal checks.


Salon prices: 

All salon prices are subject to change. This price change is due to promotion of our stylists and extra work needed to create the look desired.
